The purpose of this study was to evaluate the organizational readiness for ERP implementation in Alborz Youth and Sports departments. This research is applied in terms of results and descriptive in terms of aims. The study population included all managers, deputies and experts in charge of Alborz Youth and Sports departments with almost 180 people. Total population sampling was used and 164 valid questionnaires were analyzed. For organizational readiness assessment, the researcher made questionnaire of Mohammad Ali et al. (1392) was used (total reliability =0.85). To analyze data, after confirmation of data distribution using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, descriptive and inferential statistics including frequency and mean as well as t-test and Friedman test were used in SPSS software (significance level= 0.05.). Results showed that organizational readiness for ERP implementations in Alborz Youth and Sports departments is desirable and only the human factor is not desirable. Among readiness factors, the factor ‘technology’ ranked as the first factor and ‘human factor’is in last place. Finally, The results of this study can help to identify organization areas of weaknesses in each dimension and consider preparation plans to cover those areas before system deployment.

This research aims to determine developement strategies of skiing in iran.The research is achived by Swot descriptive method.The method of research is survey- descriptive.statistical society of research is consist of 143 skiing experts from province,country,international and global.The research tool is a researcher made questionnaire.The purpose of research is analysis of quantity information and access to information more carefully by using library studying,internet,,and questionnaire in four area to identify strong and weak points,opportunity and menacing,also considering views of strategic commitee about Swot by Delfy method that is considered by some of scholarships and experts of skiing sport.All of the statistics accomplished through Spss software in 05/0 level.obtained results show that weak points are more than strong points,although there are more opportunities in skiing federation.So we must consider strategies that exploit more opportunities and decrease weakness and shortage.

The present study investigated the relationship between organizational intelligence and its components with Job performance on Board of Physical Education and Sport in Ahvaz city. The study population consisted of all the athletic directors of physical education and sport of Ahvaz city. 108 persons was selected as a sample by simple randomly sampling. To collect data, was used from two questionnaires entitled Albrecht for organizational intelligence and Paterson for Job performance. The type of this study was correlation. to analyze data were used the Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression. The test of research hypothesis (level0/05 = α) showed that there is a significant relation between all components of organizational intelligence (Strategic vision, shared fate, Appetite for change, spirit, Alignment congruence, Knowledge deployment and performance pressure) and Job performance on Board of Physical Education and Sport.

The purpose of the present study was to examine physical self- descriptive subscales in elite female fitness coaches of Iran. In this survey, 83 female aerobic coaches that participated in an international coaching course were stratified randomly selected and Physical Self-Descriptive Questionnaire (Marsh, 1994) were distributed. Content validity of this questionnaire was confirmed in Iran and internal consistency of questionnaire in a pilot study was 0.92. Data analysis was by employing Pearson correlation coefficient, Mann-Whitney, Kruskal-Willis, t independent, ANOVA and K-S tests. The findings showed that there was significant difference between mean score of physical self-descriptive (F=3.082, P=0.021) and also sport competence, strength, endurance and body fat subscales of elite female aerobic coaches with separate of their regular exercise sessions in week (P<0.05). Also, there was significant difference between mean scores of appearance and body fat sub-scales in married and single coaches (P<0.05). Finally, aerobic coaches’ physical self- descriptive has a key role for them to develop their profession.
